Senior Journeyman Sheet Metal Worker

We have a full-time opening for a senior residential expert to handle new construction and retrofits. This is an entry-level management position designed for a technician who wants to run jobs and ultimately oversee the entire HVAC division of our company.
The Role & Responsibilities

Lead HVAC Operations: Manage and run residential projects from start to finish, ensuring our standards for professional results are met on every site.

Project Quoting: Utilize your technical expertise to accurately quote new projects and retrofits.

Expert Installation: Perform and oversee high-quality furnace and AC installations in both new construction and retrofit environments.

The Requirements

Journeyman Ticket: A valid Journeyman Sheet Metal ticket is required for this position.

Leadership Mindset: Ability to run jobs effectively and a desire to move into a management role.
